Mediation in a workspaceThe objective of mediation is to establish constructive agreements in situations where the individuals have to continue to work and collaborate. In certain cases the mediation may lead to short term agreements.

Examples of situations where mediation can be effective

  • Interpersonal tension between individuals at all levels
  • Conflicts between different sectors or teams
  • Reintegration in the workplace
  • Conflicts between managers which have an impact on the organization
  • Allegations of abuse or poor management
  • Discomfort or complaints
  • Rebuilding of relations following a disagreement or a complaint
  • Inefficient team dynamics
